"Called in to Willowbrook Medical Centre yesterday to make an appointment for my annual blood test and blood pressure check. Rachel, the nurse , was in reception and although she was still on her lunch break offered to do the tests while I waited. Brilliant."

"I would like to commend willowbrook medical centre in their attempts to reduce the nhs waiting list. 6 weeks ago, I was flabbergasted to actually get an appointment for a problem with my hands. I was placed on a waiting list for this. I've recently received a follow up phone call telling me I've been taken off the waiting list even though I'm still waiting for treatment. Cracking service................................................................. NOOOOOOOOTTTTTT- "Borat Sagdiyev"."

"Very very very bad service.. Have to wait one million hours for the receptionist to attend the call. Please keep more receptionists, who are more welcoming and accommodating. I think this issue should be escalated to the higher ups in NHS so that it can be sorted for this surgery."

"My father goes to this surgery regularly. The doctor doesn’t listen to his concerns, stresses he can only deal with one condition in the appointments even it’s it’s just a simple thing and comes across rude. Elderly people are waiting longer than necessary for referrals ect. Doctor also had a camera mounted on his desk without asking then when I asked he said ‘do you have a problem?’ Ofcourse we have a problem, no one gave permission to video confidential doctor appointments, that’s absurd to me. Looking for a new surgery now."

"Today I had three phone calls with the surgery. The first was to make an appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant & empathetic & booked me in for a doctor’s call. I received this mid-morning, as she had said. Dr Musarrat was thoughtful, efficient & suggested a range of blood samples be taken and that a face to face appointment would be given when the results arrived. Meanwhile, I tried, unsuccessfully, to order my prescription on the app. Eventually, I phoned the surgery. Fiona had a reassuring manner and arranged for it to be ordered as there was a system glitch. She also booked me in for a blood test the same afternoon. It was a relief. I was very grateful. I cannot understand why there are poor reviews about Willowbrook. They have continued to remain open & see patients, despite the horrors of the last two years. I have never had cause to complain, or received anything but courteous, professional treatment. Thank you."
