"Ordered a bed frame. Had to get them to come and collect the frame 3 times before I got what I ordered, which in total took 9 months. I was told that the problem was that they had changed the design of the bedframe, but neither the showroom model nor the website had been updated. Ended up switching to a completely different frame which was lower quality than the one I initially order. Having also bought a couch from them, good quality but would not buy from them again"

"Meh, standard experience, staff freindly enough but store has hard lighting, not warm & welcoming being laid out all the same, worth a walk around but long story short can find a good section of sets if looking to fit out complete rooms or a property. However if your seeking bespoke, wonderfully crafted items made with love and inspiration you will no encounter. Save your time look online then view locally it something catching your eye to confirm dimensions and other options. The store itself is just variations on a theme, big and shiny..... Lots of big clocks everywhere too to help show how much time you have wasted."

"Positive experience of Central Six store, though experience is not all positive .... the volume of packaging is enormous and warranty states all return in original packaging, clearly not practical. And packaging damage is common, though products are well packed."
