"The Staff at he shop were woeful, referring to customers(Me) as mate and extremely rude no empathy shown based on the fact that the bed frame was delivered without a mattress and when trying to enquire why this happened the lady at benson was not ready to check for next availability nor when the mattress could be delivered. My conclusion was some times when you pay for something cheaper than the likes of Dreams, and other competitors that is what you get, to make matters worse the installer came and was leap talking to me like am an illiterate or a person that doesn’t understand English , that really got me updated I could not wait for him to leave my house."
"Excellent beds at great prices. We were looking for king size beds with storage, and we found the perfect one for ourselves within our price range. It was very easy to assemble and they delivered with care and friendly attitude. We also bought our mattress from this place and so far we are very happy with our choice. Definitely recommend."
