"I brush my dog every other day, so he barely has any knots on his coat. But after taking him to for a shower, I got countless knots on his back, and I had to remove all these knots myself. It’s been 3 hours, and I’m not even halfway through. Definitely avoid this place if your dog has long hair."
"It’s my 7 months toy poodle puppy’s first ever full grooming session, and I made a HUGE mistake by taking her here. I told them I’d like to have a “teddy bear” cut, but my puppy ended up with a “duck face”. Makes me wonder maybe people grew up with a different kind of “teddy bear”?…. Whole body were clipped unevenly, I could have done a better job myself to be honest. They didn’t even wash properly, puppy’s face was still dirty after the grooming session. I gave 2 star because the staffs are generally nice, otherwise it’s a one star grooming service."
