"Store is not always stocked out great. The app does not work and giving out the 15% discount cards for members the following month and then expecting them to present them is not always great. Would be far better to have a working app and add this feature to this as Pet@Home do. Attitude of staff was oh well you can’t have if you can’t produce the card"
