"I ordered and paid for in full £1167.00 for a Bed and Mattress on 29th December 2022. My order confirmation and the staff in store said the order would take 4 weeks. I chased at the end of January to be told it would be a few more weeks. This has now been going on like this with many calls from me but very few returned calls from your company. Half way through February I was getting concerned so requested a refund but still leaving a deposit of £350.00 to keep the items on order. Promised delivery dates have come and gone and was told it would be into your store by the end of March. I had not had any updates so called today to get an update. I was informed by Kieron that the order was now going to be the middle of April. I requested a refund and was surprised to be told I could not have a refund but due to the delays you would refund me the delivery charge of £89.00. Meaning that you would still have £261.00 of my money and no goods! They have now credited me in full."
"If i could give zero stars i would. I have previously submitted a good review before I received the sofa...huge mistake! I was co erced into this by the chance to be entered into a draw to receive my product for free. On receiving the sofa, it was faulty. There was a huge dent in the arm. It looked like something had been resting on it for a long time. I sent photo of the fault to Fabb furniture and also called them re the fault. They advised that I could have the sofa repaired or receive a partial refund. The sofa I bought should have looked brand new. I reluctantly agreed to a repair. Repair still hasnt been carried out nearly 3 months later. On asking management if I could be reinbursed a percentage of the sofas full price for the inconvenience and the fact that I had received what did not look like a brand new sofa i was told that i could keep it in the condition it was or have it repaired. I do not see why i have paid full price for what i thought would be a brand new sofa and end up with a "repaired" sofa! Customer service is shocking! For the time i have spent on phone calls to Fabb furniture and forthe quality of the sofa I should be reinbursed. Would you pay full price for a faulty sofa?!"
"This company is shocking, if I could choose zero stars I would have. Paid £500 deposit in November for a delivery stated by the sales staff of 5 weeks, they only got the order because of this, still waiting now, we have had 3 different delivery dates, the latest now being mid February, which is an estimate not guaranteed, once they have your money, they really don't care. Their customer care line is a joke, never speak to the same person twice, they lie to you to get you off the phone. Because of the terrible service,I want to cancel, they wont allow me to cancel. Please avoid at all costs, you will regret it"
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS are genuine and I can only mirror what people have said below. We ordered our sofas in September 2021 and was originally told they would be delivered in February 2022. Despite numerous chases from myself, not updates from the company, the delivery date got pushed back to June 2021. 9 months we had to wait. Upon day of delivery, the sofas came damaged and faulty and we can't even use them. It took a month for them to send an Engineer who missed the first visit with no reason or remorse and next visit was there for 5 minutes to say the sofa is damaged and faulty and needs a new mechanism. Never return phone calls, plenty of emails sent to the company with no responses, even though emails have been directed FAO of the company directors. Legally they have to respond if a letter or email is addressed to them but even they don't respond. We have escalated our complaint to the furniture Ombudsman. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
"I have ordered a bespoke bedroom unit around £4000. Upon delivery and installation I was notified that the unit is damaged and also incomplete, they would need to order new parts. I was informed that I should get the replacement pieces early November. November came around and I had to call them again as I have at that point not heard anything back about delivery date. I was then told they have had to move it to mid November (Around the 15th). Again I had to call up and find out what was going on when still I havent heard anything around that time. I was then informed that it would be latest end of November. On Wednesday 17th I received a text from the delivery company telling me that they will now deliver this on 22 December. I have since requested a refund and for them to collect the half built unit which is damaging my carpet due to poor installation. I have been told I will not be getting a refund as this is a bespoke piece of furniture. Even though they delivered this broken. Absolutely awful customer support, get promised call backs and never receive anything, have to keep chasing them up and they do not care about your consumer rights. Their so called complaints department cuts the call whenever you get to '5th in line' Store makes no effort of contact me back WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!"
