"Staff is indeed nice and polite, before writing this review I've also contacted the groomer in person but there's no explanation for such errors on my dogs grooming. I was quite upset, classic westie grooming is nothing close to what we've got and after talking to them and also seeing other reviews I felt very confident in bringing my dog for a grooming here but I think specifically for a west terrier grooming , here is not the best.... impossible to get knots around the nose and the shaving is not evenly at all, my dog looks very messy unfortunately . I appreciate them wanting to correct the grooming but at the point it is, there's nothing to make it look better. At least, my dog came stress free and no injuries on his skin so I'm thankful for that..."
"Our lab had a wash and teeth clean with the team at Just Barking and we are so happy with the results! Our dog is very strong and struggled at first but the team managed to get him to cooperate. They were very kind and patient with him, the facilities are nice and spacious. He smells great and is super soft! We will be back!"
