"When picking Ozzie up, he was sat in the window shaking. When I got him home, his hair was all unaligned with areas of his hair not shave like round his hands and feet as well as he was shedding hair everywhere so not sure if he was showered after his cut. Spoke to the groomers over the phone afterwards and I got a defensive tone unfortunately. I was offered to go back to get it sorted but I didnt take them up on their offer considering my dog was shaking when picking him up."
