"I brought a little kitten from this pet shop and when I got him home I noticed he was riddled with fleas the poor thing. The shop told me that they regularly comb the kittens to make sure they don't have fleas which was a lie. I called to explain the situation and the man was rude and didn't want to help, just said well if you don't want him just bring him back for a refund. My little kitten not only had fleas but he also had worms which shows that they are not looked after at all. As a pet shop they have a duty of care for the animals and just saying bring him back for a refund sums up how they treat these little babies. Not happy and really don't think they should be selling animals!!"
