"Clean tidy"
"My wife was trying to get a loaf of bread, the member of staff stood in the way. A sign fell on my wife's head whilst selecting the bread and she accidentally ripped it. My wife gave the member of staff the sign and she was very awkward about it. We went to the till and said it ripped and was told yes you did it. We got offered a bag to cover it and told I had to pay for it as it was our fault. I find the staff in Bulkington coop very ignorant and not polite at all. The member of staff had earphones in talking about you to other members of staff. I find this very rude. I won't be going there again."
