"Went to collect food order for a party, staff could only find half the order and then tried to offer us items we hadn’t ordered (obviously someone else’s order, they were happy to ruin another persons party just to appease us) we didn’t take anything that wasn’t ours but had to go elsewhere to make up the missing items. Staff not bothered at all, not once did we receive an apology on behalf of Sainsburys and still a month later we haven’t received a refund for the items not received. Will never use this shop again due to their not bothered attitude and will not use Sainsburys online either and will tell anyone else thinking of ordering party food from them , do not bother , terrible customer service."

"Absolutely shocking behaviour of staff.. Manager is impressed she has a masters degree as she likes to tell people.. . Although she stuck working in local sainsbury.. I was not impressed at all. And was wondering why she was..masters but doesn't know how to work the cctv.. Totally racist store.. Try to avoid if your not British white.. Crazy little click they have going in this store... Absolutely crazy much better service in co op down the road... Very satisfying service of co op never had no incidents from co op staff.. Absolutely amazing staff and service in co op... Avoid sainsburys Bedworth.. Absolutely disgraceful staff..."
