"Absolutely shocking experience! My young daughter came down with something on the day of her appointment. The woman on reception PHONED AROUND PEOPLE IN MY FAMILY to validate my story, then phoned me to accuse me of lying! What kind of behaviour is this? Courtyard I’m embarrassed for you! I then said I would be happy to bring my daughter in to her appointment even though she was vomiting but they wouldn’t allow me to? They then threatened me that they would strike me from the register if she missed again. Courtyard please await my formal complaint to discuss your outrageous behaviour further. You have a lot to answer for."
"Do not miss an appointment!!! As a stay at home Dad of three children, one not in full time education it was hard to get an appointment whilst I was child free for that day. The place is about as flexible frozen rubber. No room for mistakes, went in today (in pain) as my family are still registered to be told I will not be seen or been taken on as a patient. AGAIN DO NOT MISS ONE/TWO APPOINTMENTS."
