I was a little confused at first as you need to ring the buzzer to then wait in the hallway before your appointment, I've only experienced heading straight into the reception area at previous dentistry offices. Definitely happy with the service though! Filling out the forms online is way easier than all the paperwork, better for the environment too. Happy to go back!"
