I called them up and they diagnosed my car on the same day and provided me with a quote for the works. Their quote was accurate and there were no hidden surprises which was a massive relief. They had to order in a part for me and they talked me through exactly what needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the part was not immediately available but they endeavoured to go above and beyond to speed up the process. Once the part arrived they fitted it immediately and the car was ready to pick up the same morning. It’s clear that these guys are very passionate about what they do, and that they do a very thorough job and don’t try and cut corners.
