"Avoid this place at all costs, My husband took our car here because we had a problem with our clutch, we was given a price and told what the problem was in fact the man said it was the clutch cable and if it wasn’t he would shoot himself so that was convincing enough for us so we had the work done costing £239. My husband drove our car home for it to still have a problem getting outside for it to not even go into reverse or start. We had to pay £40 for a pick up truck to take it back to them with the promise that it would be fixed at a discounted rate. Today we received a phone call to tell us that it was another £290 so altogether £570 the total cost we have paid for it to be fixed! with the fee to get the car back to them. Absolutely disgusting. We put our trust in this garage because they are supposed to be Clutch specialists."

"I called in an emergency as I broke down 320m away from them. They were very friendly. They towed my van to the garage, where is stayed for over a week. They failed to find the problem, they kept telling me they'd get a specialist in, then failed to do so - after I'd spend days chasing they turned around and said actually they weren't going to call someone in as it would be too expensive for them. They gave the same reason for not trying to change other parts, 'in case it didn't work'. They were very vague and just made lots of excuses every time I called and promised to have it sorted the next day every time, which it never was. Eventually they agreed to transfer it to a garage who was actually able to fix my van. The whole experience cost me £80, ignoring the wages I lost. I left a 2 star review about two weeks after this experience, with no written component and received a call from the garage this morning asking about my 'complaint'. This isn't a complaint, it's a review. Complaining was what I was doing when you had my van and were messing me around. This review is an appraisal of the service I received for the purpose of informing other potential customers about my personal experience. From reading other reviews, it would seem that this is a good place to get your clutch replaced, but not if you want any other work done. I made my opinion clear while I was dealing with you, don't call me to harass me about a bad review."
