"I was told on the Wednesday to bring my car in for repair on the Friday. I arrived at the garage early on Friday morning, only to be told that I was never put on the books and therefore they would not fix my car. I alerted them to the fact that they specifically told me to bring my car in Friday and they completely snapped. They began to raise their voices at me and told me not to start an argument. I was not angry or shouting, I was just asserting the fact it was not my fault they forgot to put me on the books. The employee continuously referred to me as 'girlie,' whilst shouting at me, it was extremely condescending and eventually he yelled 'maybe you should go elsewhere GIRLIE'. I left in tears as I could not believe the way I was treated when it was their error. They clearly lack the necessary communication, organisation and professionalism to run a garage. I am appalled by my experience and would not recommend this place to ANYONE."
