"The food was OK, supposed to be a Christmas menu (advertised on their website, but no sign of that on the day). I had the turkey, not sure how they got Brussels sprouts cooked but still as hard as bullets. Sticky Toffee pudding not available, so disappointing as that was what I was really looking forward to. Cheese board was better than many I have had."

"Had my daughter baby shower in the function room on 5th March and had to write my review, first I would like to thank the very friendly staff that could not do enough for us. The function room was set out just as we wanted. The food was just outstanding and very plentiful, so on that note a big thank you to your chef or chefs. I would highly recommended this venue 5*"

"Saturday lunch with friends, so a different experience to the usual couple/family meal. Disappointed! A grubby feel to the place. Food was OK but my minute steak was more fat that steak. Bumped the score up from 2 to 3 as the desserts were good. I wouldn't return as the place was grubby and lacked any sort of atmosphere..."
