"We had the afternoon tea as part of the Relax Spa Experience package. The staff were fantastic - we all had different dietary requirements (regular, dairy free and vegan) and they were very helpful and considerate in preparing the food. The little hot food selection and sandwiches were fantastic, and both the dairy free and vegan substitutes were delicious. The freshly baked scone was everybody's favourite. The dairy free and vegan dessert plates were disappointing though, we didn't end up eating any of them. Lovely choice of teas to choose from and the dining room is very well presented. Decently priced and a fun experience."

"We bought a package of spa treatment and meal. The £5 olive bowl only has 10 olives, they charge extra £10 for the sirloin to have a tomato, mushroom and fries, which is included in the price with the chicken and the fish. They forgot to bring the bread for the soup. I definitely wouldn't go back."

"Had a later dinner, and there weren’t many customers. Staff certainly are tentative and friendly. Food are tasty and have good portions. For the main, I ordered the sea bass which is tender and has crispy skins."

The staff were accommodating and had children with us and they made sure accommodated for them. The afternoon tea was worth the money. Would recommend."
