"Maybe this visit was a one-off but the hot food was cold (they kindly reheated it) and just bland. Plus, they got both hot drinks wrong. There were plenty of tables available but none of them were clean and there were used plates and mugs everywhere. I can't blame the staff who were there as they were good but there were only 3 of them from what I saw so they were rushed off their feet. It could have been much better, and usually is, but they need to up their game. More staff needed and a better attention to detail."

"A huge coffee shop in the center of the town. I loved the ambiance. You could choose a quiet corner if you'd like to work or you can choose a seat by the window to get some sun. The latte was good and the drinks were reasonably priced. I would love to go back either to be on my own or to hangout with friends. A large latte cost £3.35."

"I've been coming here most weekends as a solo customer, very enjoyable atmosphere but for the past few months I've had to wait in queues of only 8~ people for 15-20mins. I was at the till waiting for 2-3mins before I was acknowledged and order taken. They are short staffed which is made evident by the tables piled with empty plates customers have had to shuffle around to get spaces and on multiple occasions only take away cups were available. The constant wait time despite the smaller queues is starting to impact my desire to keep coming."

"Coffee #1 is normally spot on. Today, not so, very busy and a very long wait to order. An even longer to wait for the drinks to be made, perhaps they have a staff shortage, no-one mentioned it if they did. No table service, so one of your party has to spend ages waiting around to collect the order. Not the best experience, but the coffee and cake selection is good."
