"Giving this a 2 star based on the experience we had. Bought over £100 worth of Egyptian Cotton Towels and they were never in good condition. Tried to take them back but were told they couldn't do it and a manager would ring the next day. Manager didn't ring, had to send emails across over a few days, then stopped hearing back. Had to go on the live chat who eventually agreed a refund. For the price of their products, they're certainly not quick to give your money back if you're not happy."
