"Borderline (or actual) scam. Avoid at all costs. Avoid any business partner or associate of this company. 1. This company makes unauthorised charges to clients accounts without permission or advanced notification. 2. Attempts to charge usurious amounts for their own fault. 3. Look at the five star "reviews" on here. Funny how many of them are a) carbon copies of generic reviews from other sites b) the only review contributed by the reviewer c) provide no attempt at specificity or nuance d) come from faceless "accounts""
"I don’t even no why you are taking money out of my business account Under the name igo4 sure I don’t pay anything out of that account so I cancelled it I’ve tried to contact igo4 sure but no number now premfina sent a letter and guess what no number it’s a joke You take money and don’t give a number to contact I would say this is a scam"
"Extremely disappointed with the customer Service of PremFina. No issues within the first 12 months as all payments were made on time. Entered into a second year with them and missed a payment as they tried to take it out on a Thursday. I recieved my wages the following day and could have sorted this payment. I was hit with a default notice and an additional charge 6 days after they tried to take payment. This was the first time they contacted me. Usually you would get a nudge from other companies notifying you that the payment had been missed and a 7 day notice to make payment otherwise a default charge will be added. Nope, straight to the aggressive default notice. After explaining to them on the phone about how disappointed I was to receive such an aggressive notice, especially considering that im a loyal customer experiencing Financial difficulty, the call Center replied "we are a finance company, we have to blunt". Looking back in my payment history, PremFina take payments when they please it seems. 15th one month, 19th the other, 22nd the next. I've not noticed it until now as I've always had funds in my account. So thank you for waivering the default charge after me having to express my disappointment in your customer service and please update your Advertisements going forward to- "We are a finance company, We have to be blunt". That way customer will know what they are agreeing to. I will not be renewing my agreement after this term is up."
"Have to be the worst insurance company ive ever gone with! I cancelled my policy in good time and have proof that Prem accepted it and did not want to renew with them! Yet they stole 100 pounds from my account AFTER that accepted my cancellation email. Scammers and thieves! No one replies to you! Nor emails and take forever to answer phones! One lady from their company said I’d get a refund and now they say they won’t. Ridiculous! Don’t go with this awful company!!!"
"Disgusting company that do nothing but scam their own customers on the sly. Ignore emails and never answer the phone but yet continue to charge you. Do not recommend to anyone. Nothing but hassle, headache and over paid direct debits paid towards the company. Very very poor service"
