"Why would anyone want to borrow from this company again? I gave my first review as many reviews on here were not justified saying that charging 20% is alot, not realising it is 20% from sales which includes interest and initial money borrowed. I think it worked out 11% in interest for me. Have no issue with that, but.... 1. You will not be allowed to go on Holiday. If you are sole trader and go away for Xmas for two weeks with autoreply on eBay about being away, they will start chasing you for not receiving money for two weeks despite the fact that you are not overdue on your loan overall. 2. Once this chasing starts, they add a line on your Credit file with wrong start date. Mine says July 2022, despite the fact that I got loan only in October 2022. And this line about owing mystic £170 is still there. 3. Loan is for strange date. Settlement date is 8 months and 1 week. 4. There is a projection amount which completely baffles me and keeps saying I am not on track. Upon signing this contract it says that loan needs to be repaid by June 2023, so we are now in March 2023...repaid 70%, and it still says I am behind projection by approximately 20%. Loan to be repaid in 8 months is actually loan for around 6 months according to projection."

"Anna Macutkiewicz. Our account has had mutiple technical errors which have been admitted by the company. The colleague named Anna has been disgraceful in her approach, speaking over me, brutally hanging up, constantly causing more stress and harm. I’m utterly shocked by the experience she has given me. I will continue to call to resolve this issue. She has put words into our mouth stating that we have not wanted to resolve this issue which is not the case in the slightest. I’m stressed, feel anxiety and huge depression since the conversation with Anna."

"This company asked me to sign the contract and after signing the contract they never deposited the money in my account and verbally on phone they said we can't lend the money now, and no cancellation of contract is sent to me. I habe been waiting for month now and taking next steps to complain about their behaviour of signing contract and not depositing money. Horrible."
