"Avoid this rubbish savings bank Draw you in offering competitive savings rates, but complicated registration process, fill in their online forms for your answers to be rejected, so you have to go back to beginning and start again, wait 3 days for your log in passcode to arrive, then they tex you a one time passcode but their Web page freezes doesn't except for you to be timed out 4 hours later didn't even make the authentication of the app Wait 3 days for them to contact you. I am surprised they have any customers, a shambles of a so called bank."

"Terrible, they don't give you the true facts when opening a savings account online. You need an app as, well they forget to tell you."

"Worst bank ever. They will do anything to hold your money as long as they can. I pay my salary in every month for the last 5 years and they decided to hold my money to check on me after 5 years. You will only get a slap at some point if you join this bank. They find any excuse to hold your money. Happened to me so many times with them. There are better banks out there."

"I was locked out of my account for months as I had no smart phone.The small device I needed to gain access came from China and took months to arrive. It turned up but did not work.Weeks passed with no comment from customer services and in the end I told them to close my account. I waited a week for my money to arrive in my linked account and when it did not turn up.I accessed the account myself finally. I wrote and complained as my husband had been locked out of his ISA account too. I am still waiting for a response 6 weeks after my letter/not email. I would not use this bank again since its take over from Bank of Cyprus to Cynergy bank it has gone downhill."
