The thing I liked a lot about the service provided by Jack was the fact that I could call, text or email him at anytime and he would reply very quickly, he always kept us up to date with our mortgage offer every day, sometimes even 2-3 times a day if he had any updates. Our application wasn’t the most straightforward as I get paid a basic wage then shift pay and overtime on top of that. During covid pandemic it was hard for us to get lenders to take in to account all of my pay but jack worked wonders and got us the perfect offer for our 1st house.
