"They tried to make me change my review on TrustPilot so I am posting here. Beware before applying. Farhan was an awful communicator. I applied on a Friday and I was told straightaway loan was successful. I sent requested documents and received an email from customer service asking me to send separately. I send separately then get an email and text response from Farhan N asking me to send the forms I’ve already sent. When I stated this his response was to insinuate that I didn’t understand how to send the files!!! I then sent the forms again with no update over the weekend I called customer service who advised they can see the forms I sent in ONE email as advised on Friday and that they will email Farhan to let him know I have completed on my end. I again received no update and EVERY TIME I called he was on a call so could not speak to me. I called each subsequent day and was asked to forward the SAME email I sent on Friday *FOUR* more times. After getting fed up with the poor service I was directed to another person Sam K who advised Farhan was on leave so that may be why underwriting has not done promptly which I think is a poor excuse. Sam again asked for the same email but this time he actually actioned on the same day and provided me with a time frame for completion which I greatly appreciated. Farhan then called yesterday (1 week later) to say when the funds are released he will give me a call, surprise surprise he did NOT call me but sent an email today asking for feedback. I am grateful to funding circle for providing me the money I need to further my business but have been left with a very sour taste from this experience."

"complete shambles, have a loan coming to an end ,wanted to re negotiate, spoke to at least 4 different people all asking for information that had Already been sent ,so not even sure they managed to submit the correct information. very poor service. also emailed a work email address instead of my personal one after repeatedly being told not to."
