"have been a member since they opened and i have been continuously surprised by them they have got worse and worse over time everything i do takes longer and longer and is more difficult i stopped keeping large amounts of money with them some time ago because i cannot work with a website that is so slow and tangled any time you want to do anything i have just tried to transfer some money to my bank account and it will not allow me to put a payee in i can fill in the entire form exept details of who i am sending it to although it has remained unchanged i want to close my account with them and am now trying to find out where they have hidden that option i need to have control over what i do with my money and i have just noticed they dont deal with money in branch"
