"Don’t bother with them !! I had a £50 Advance paid the £4 weekly subscription after a short time lost job explained that to them carried on charging me left with a £120 bill for a poxy £50 . Takes ages for them to communicate I found work cleared my balance and now they say they can’t let me use the service absolute disgrace of a company avoid at all costs"
"The customer service is absolutely shockin you ask a question and about 2 days later you get a response which is clearly copied and pasted from the Q&As then you reply and you get nothing back. Also you pay £4 a week to get a top up when you need it LOL absolutely rubbish. My payday feel below my average pay by 300£ but they only offered me £100 and said I need to build up the trust rating. What's the point when I don't plan on having loads of days off work to get top ups every month. You're better off saving you're £4 a week (£16) a month and just dipping into that when you have a day off. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND"
"Just started using this service wow im impressed already. I have a poor credit rating and really struggle to get any kind of support. Would recommend this site to anyone having difficulties"
"Finding out about SP during these unprecedented times has been a game changer. It's easy to setup, and to use. Customer service is a 5/5 - the team is diligent, kind and helpful to sort out what you need. I had an issue connecting my back but got resolved immediately."
"I first downloaded the app and selected bank of Scotland to which I couldn't manually change as for some unknown reason it kept reverting to RBS, so I contacted their team via Intercom on Steadypay.co website. They fixed this issue for about 10minutes! and I was able to go through the verification process and then the next screen says OPS something went wrong! I then contacted in the same chat on Intercom on their site to get a message back saying couldn't send. I didn't only do this in the original chat but also a new one. I have personally set websites up with Intercom and the only explication for this 'couldn't send' is either i have been BLOCKED or they have a technical issue with that as well as their APP! Really not a good experience and it's a shame as what they have to offer sounds good but if they can't get it right from the start then........"
