"Absolutely love this place! Aswell as the food being cooked fresh in front of you every time, the service from the front of house, the female worker especially, is outstanding! Each time I ring I'm greeted with a cheerful hello, and they remember my name and everything I order, even with alterations to some of the meals. I would definitely recommend to anyone who appreciates fresh food and friendly staff at reasonable prices."
"Seems to be the same issue with this place, they confirm your order for a set time then once you get there you have to wait another 20-30 minutes, it’s seriously a joke and shows the utter lack of professionalism, also being a loyal customer for well over a year and a regular face in your shop itd be nice if I could get a side salad with my 3 grilled meals instead being told I need to pay extra, when I dine in we get salads with all meals but apparently with takeaways you don’t even considering you pay the same amount."
"Good food usually always fresh. Loses one star for very small quantity even if you order large they give the same amount as regular .also food is often sent very late so it came cold. But it tastes fine they don’t send old of off food like a lot of places do"
"Genuinely can't go wrong with these guys; I've ordered from them plenty of times now and they never fail to impress me, the food is nice and hot, often on time, extremely tasty and I'd say good value for money when ordering from Rio's, I highly recommend this place if you want some good quality food."
