"I made an order and on the 12th of March for myself and my three kids- I immediately cancelled because their dad came in immediately with a large take away. Since 12th of March 2023, Papa John has refused me a refund- I have called more than 10 times, they keep posting me around and telling me to call back. Please give me back my money I need it to pay for my kids school dinner for the week. I have my order receipt, I have the screenshot of all the times have called you guys- this is the height of negligence and as a first time customer- this is the worst experience have had in England since have lived here since 2010- so wicked of the management!!!!"
