"Very disappointed with my recent experience, I've ordered a calzone and I wanted one ingredient changed as I don't like it and I was informed that is impossible as it will affect the cooking time and quality so I've left it the way was. As I did changed anything about it, I was expecting to cooked perfectly, what I finally received was a burnt one which I did not realise until I got home. I will like to mention that I have pictures, if proof is necessary, but they are probably going to ignore it."
