"If my son was writing this, he would give Mama Bear's five stars, no question. However, from a parent's perspective, if you like being forced to arrange alternative child care at the last minute, threatened with emails to reduce your hours, guilt-tripped into taking time off work to cover staff shortages, having to pick your child up at the drop of a hat because they have a temperature only to return home to find their temperature has miraculously vanished - then this is the nursery for you! Note - this is directed at Mama Bear's incompotent management, not the excellent front line staff, who I cannot rate highly enough. UPDATE: The shocking state of affairs at Mama Bears has since escalated. With less than one week's notice, we have been informed that nursery is closing for MORE THAN FOUR MONTHS."
