"The Doctor was professional and he was excellent, other than that the hospital is full of clowns. Billing messed up, and reception staff took a bit of time to take me to my room, I had to ask the nurses 3 times to check my blood sugar and 4 times for a copy of my blood work, the nurse didn't give me any post procedure leaflet. In my opinon the hospital is run by clowns."

"I have had various treatments over the years in hospitals in London, which have been great. I have been a patient at The London Clinic for the last year or so. I can only say that from the moment you walk into the hospital you are treated like a guest instead of just a patient. Everyone from the front desk, admin. staff to the nurses and the wonderful and highly qualified consultants. Personalised care all the way. I have been under Prof. Gribben's care for about 3 years. Apart from being an internationally recognised leader in his field, he is also a person who goes out of his way to clearly explain what is going on in the various aspects of the treatment when asked a question. I have seen and met many local and INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS who are so grateful for treatment and care under Prof. Gribben."
