"Peter has saved me from moving house every time I saw a spider in my room ! I was absolutely petrified of of the little creatures but I got fed up of being fed up. The thought of confronting my fear had was also terrifying but Peter was superb. I ended the sessions with a big spider on a piece of paper with a glass over the top, ON MY HAND ! I even forgot it was there for a while whilst I was talking to Peter. Now I can deal with the spiders in my flat without the fear and extreme anxiety I once had.
