"Very clean and well maintained hospital. Almost all facilities for patients in every field. Many times visit with kids to attended the appointment and very pleased with staff and doctors. Last time visited with daughter to the emergency, it’s took around 4-5 hours as we expected because of the rush. Anyway overall they are very good and professional."

"Bluebell Ward B at Queens hospital have very caring, patient and courteous nursing staff. I have no idea how they do it. They’re busy nursing yet constantly plagued with requests from elderly patients for tea/water/food (despite these things being in front of patients). One patient had them running round like servants/staff in a 5 star hotel yet they are still pleasant and patient with her - amazing!"

"Scary. Went in with a fever (that turned out to be nothing more than a type of common fever) and came out with liver failure due to the wrong medication. Incompetent doctors to the point of wrong diagnosis and wrong medication caused a life-threatening condition that kept me in for 4 days in intensive care. After going to a&e We were also left waiting in the hallway chairs for over 11 hours (that went overnight too) awful experience. Day doctors and day nurses. The day nurses were in truth just horrible, patronising, dismissive, telling us false information to shut me up, and just plain rude. The day doctors also did not update us on what they were treating before a new drug was administered by a nurse who had no idea. I was told I caught a contagious blood disease from somewhere when in actual fact the blood problem was a side effect of the wrong drug being given to me from the doctor's wrong diagnosis. A very scary time, and have been left with a genuine fear of the doctors here. This place should honestly be investigated. Night staff - The night nurse staff were fantastic, I must say - attentive, kind, and concerned. Cleanliness was good - watched the cleaners clean the rooms, sinks and surfaces often. Although one nurse put gloves on before touching me touched the hospital floor to pick something up. Food - was not bad for hospital food: sandwiches, tea, and coffee at least twice a day."

"Staffing levels are tight but everyone does a wonderful job and were very caring to my relative who needed some attention. Watch out for the art work, some lovely gems. Too many to photograph and time was short."

"Doctors, nurses and other staff were amazing. All very caring and supportive. Food was good. Cleanliness was excellent. Yes, I did have long waits at times, but that is only to be expected. I was kept well informed along the way. I would have given 5 stars, but lack of mask wearing by other patients and their relatives/visitors stopped me from doing this."
