"I have recently had about 5 sessions of BWRT with Sue, to help me with anxiety, domestic violence trauma, and low self-esteem. I hadn't heard of BWRT and had already tried counselling and CBT which were helpful but hadn't completely worked. When I met Sue she recommended BWRT to treat these problems and at first I was wondering how it would work, it made sense but seemed to good to be true. Sue is an expert in domestic violence and is supportive and non judgmental, so as well as the therapy, this was really helpful. After a few sessions with Sue, I was already able to see a decrease in anxiety but what I was amazed with was my self esteem. Previously I was unable to visualise myself in dreams as I actually am, I always appeared as an extreme version of the insults I had been subjected to by a previous partner. The BWRT was so successful that I now see a true image of myself in dreams, this was a very clear proof that this was really working. In only about 5 sessions Sue has changed my life, I cannot recommend her and BWRT enough to anyone suffering from this kind of trauma. Thank you Sue."

"I have been a smoker for 40 years and for the past 15 years I have tried everything to give up smoking. Several Hypnotherapys, Champix, Acupuncture, Acupressure, self Meditation, Doctor Referrals, Nicotine Patches, day time only and 24 hour patches, Nicotine inhaler, but with no success. But on the 31 March I had a therapy session with Sue and have not had a single cigarette since. The way Sue performs the therapy is very professional and caring, you feel you have known Sue for years, after the treatment I threw my cigarettes and lighter in to bin. Sue has managed to do the impossible for me and is truly a geninuine and lovely person. Not only am I happier my whole family is happy due to no horrible smelling clothing, car, house, I have not had any Mood Swings, I am quite happy to be with people smoking near me, you will not believe how strong a smoker smells even after 20 minutes. I am a very happy and proud non smoker due to Sue and can highly recommend Sue's Therapy Treatment."

"I started seeing Sue around 2 months ago and I can hand on my heart say it has changed my life! I had an extreme phobia of blood tests, so much so I was willing to cancel an operation I needed to have. I saw Sue for one session and the next day went for a blood test and the anxiety and panic just disappeared! I have since seen Sue to help with the anxiety around the operation, which without I don't think the recovery process would have been so smooth and gone so well! I'm eternally grateful and would recommend her to all of my friends and family! I've just had a session to help with my fear of flying. I haven't been on a plane yet, but am taking a trip in 2 weeks time and have every confidence that this will be another success story!"

"I was rather sceptical before I met Sue for counselling. From my first meeting with her I was made to feel very relaxed. Sue is a very friendly, kind and understanding lady who made me feel at ease within minutes of meeting her. I had therapy for anxiety issues and am amazed how much the therapy has helped me. I did not tell anyone that I was having counselling and was surprised when family etc commented that I seemed more confident and relaxed. I highly recommend Sue and take this opportunity to thank her for helping me enormously."

"Life changing experience! We visited Sue after being highly recommended by a family friend. We were not disappointed! Although extremely professional and experienced, Sue is also very approachable and easy to talk to to putting the most nervous person at ease. She is kind and caring but above all listens to your needs before discussing possible therapies. She has definitely changed my life for the better. Thank you Sue."
