"We also had almost an identical experience to Harley. Sought getting an assessment, to confront certain behaviours and emotions. Was initially contacted, a date set for assessment and then (at the last minute) was advised the time slot was no longer suitable (no big deal, things happen). However, after a few attempts chasing to rearrange, was never contacted again (repeatedly told we’d be called back, or now wasn’t a good time to talk). If this is the treatment of people seeking professional (private) talking therapies, then we as a society are doomed."

"I'll leave 2 stars as the people who I spoke with in my assessment and over email were very friendly and helpful. I've never done therapy, I realised I needed help and so tried their services. I found the process initially really great, I got quick replies and felt taken care of. My assessment had some issues as the person had internet problems but we got rebooked to the next day and it was all fine. After the initial session things really started to fall apart. I was told on the Tuesday that I had my call that I should hear from someone by the end of the week. Just under 2 weeks went by without a word so I chased them up, at 15 days, I was told someone would get in touch with me shortly. A few days later I heard from someone, unfortunately he only had a few times on a Monday and, as there had been such a delay between my initial call and then, I couldn't do Mondays anymore; they said that was fine and they'd find someone else. The next person who emailed me said they only had Mondays. I explained to them that Mondays wouldn't work and to their credit they were very apologetic and said they'd find someone else. That was 10 days ago at time of writing and I've not heard from anyone, not a new option, not even just to say currently Mondays are the only days on offer. I have emailed to say I think it best I look elsewhere. This was really hard to get even to booking a call, I felt a bit like I was left twisting in the breeze and now I've got to start over elsewhere. I don't know the standard way things are done with therapy centers but leaving clients to chase up doesn't feel like the right method."
