"Extremely helpful staff. The store didn't have the gear I was after but they directed me to the website where there was lots of choice. What was helpful was the advice on which items to choose. These were not the most expensive as you might expect but those the staff had had the best feedback from customers. Their recommendations impressed me also because they agreed with videos on youtube made by bikers."
"WOW. seriously impressive service and stock. Got my body armour within 24 hours, had a bit of a deformed armour due to transport but got it back to shape in the mean time, got a replacement ready to pick up within the hour! i mean dump Amazon and all the others."
"What can I say? My wife and I drove over 2hrs to the Bristol store to buy the last bits of her safety kit we needed. We were instantly welcomed as we entered the shop, and then allowed to browse freely without feeling pressured. The store had a few less items on the shelves than I expected for some reason but there was still plenty of choice. We browsed for a while and had a few nice interactions with the staff joking and having fun but staying professional all the time. We sought help from Fabrizio and he helped us narrow down our choices, get the right sizes and made sure everything we wanted was within our budget. Over all a great experience. "Plenty of parking outside. Clothing and helmets and accessories to suit all pockets. Fitting rooms available. Vending machine on site ( a little cafe with hot food would be nice ) layout different to other bike stores and there are panels dotted around where you can request various sizes of boots, clothing etc. They do, Do free delivery if you purchase anything over £25 online so save yourself a trip if it's far away."
