"To say disappointed is to say nothing . Unprofessional staff , chatting to the customers they are friends with and letting others wait while they are discussing life and personal matters. They may forget you are waiting for your medication this is happened to me on 19.05.2022 .After 40 min of waiting , when I asked if medication it is still not ready , I have been told they forgot about me and my meds were just lying there. When vital medication it is not ready on collection date ,my husband has heart failure and some meds are critically important , they look blank at you and say that there is nothing they can do. Total luck of responsibility and professionalism , no advise what should we do in this case , no emergency steps taken by them to solve it. I do remember , a year ago it was different there. Staff was more professional and had a right approach"
