"Very disappointed!! Arranged the times on the phone and when I had to go and do the paperwork the times we agreed was a problem also wanted to be paid 10 hours but was only aloud to have 6 hours out of them 10! Another thing was that I wasn't aloud to look around by person only by phone which as a mother you want to see where your child will be and when I just turned up the husband of the family business was putting something outside and a child ran to the door was no safety there"
