"Great to bring the kids. However weekends are ridiculously busy. I do not blame the staff, there are clearly not enough! The managers need to look at hiring 3/4 more people on the weekends. Secondly staff will take a coffee order, then take another 10 on before making it. I find it it is much quicker to take 4 drink orders, make the drinks then get rid of them. Do not ask where people are sitting, do not try and find them to give them their drinks when you have a large queue. Tell them to wait. People will wait 5 mins for a coffee. People will wait in the queue if they see you're on your own making 4 coffees at a time. Keeps the wait time low and you will make less mistakes (I received 4 incorrect drinks the other day and that's due to lack of staff and rushing around.) Staff do work hard. The equipment is good for children."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! - worst place i have ever taken my child. 2 girls running the whole place from front desk to kitchen were amazing. they were rushed off there feets and tried to do there beat but the place is not safe for operation. A weird member of staff called Becky was recording the CCTV with her phone in the back which is a safeguarding issue. She had to issue a refund for me and refused to leave the room. When the owner instructed her on the phone she came and done it, and when i addressed her attitude she started shouting in the middle of the softplay which is ridiculous considering its supposed to be a child friendly environment. She seemed to have serious issues and i hope she gets the support she needs. On a separate note another lady who was taking her child was shouting at the top of her lungs at another womans child.. I could literally go on.. The place is a Zoo where they send the unwanted guests from Jeremy Kyle. Avoid."

"It's a good location, and a good size. There are other, bigger soft plays in Hemel. A couple of niggles would be that: (1) the "soft" part of the soft play isn't as soft as other ones I've been to And (2) the food there is fairly snack and more sugar/salt based than I persona liked for children"

"I enjoy bringing my toddler here in the week. It’s quieter and plenty of fun apparatus for him to use which he loves. But never again will I bring him on a weekend. This afternoon there was nowhere near enough staff to supervise and maintain the place. The toilets, cafe area and soft play area were filthy, especially the toilets. Staff obviously couldn’t keep on top it. However my main issue was the amount of kids and older kids in the baby/toddler area running riot and commandeering it. This meant my son was pushed over, rammed into and just generally pushed around. There were kids of 8 or 9 sitting in the ball point throwing balls at anyone who came in. Of course parents should be supervising but there should also be enough staff to ensure that designated areas are used for the appropriate age groups. There should have been someone in charge telling the older kids to move out of the baby area. Some staff were just sat on their phones the whole time. This place has great equipment with a very reasonable cafe but it’s ruined by the poor staffing and lack of supervision. Very disappointing."

"Very nice place for little ones and parents. Staff is friendly. Our little ones loved playing there. The reason for giving 4 star is we noticed bread chunks and crumps in few places inside the soft play where kids were playing."
