I would like to now add further to the response the following - We were instructed by the estate agent to email them, we did. Promptly on the Monday following the viewing we had on the Saturday. We’ve been in many rentals before so understand there is usually a wait time in hearing back. What Cherry Tree Estate Agents failed to mention was the issues they had been having with their emails so rather than calling up seven viewers to inform them of this issue, they had the bright idea to send an email to everyone which I would like to clarify we never received. There is no logic in admitting to having trouble with your emails and firstly not acknowledging this to the viewers you had advised to send an email and secondly following up by email rather than doing their jobs and picking up the phone. There’s a huge lack of accountability on your part which is only proving truer by the minute."
