"Stayed for a couple of nights, perfect stay, me and my partner used this as our base as we were on the go constantly! Great facilities in our double room, which was huge! Lovely staff would definitely stay again, great value for money."
"Nice big Superior room, but needs updating. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and by the end of our stay, we both had and still have bad backs. Mattress didn't have many springs and placed on a sheet of hardboard. The chairs need to be replaced as the seats were broken (no springs or support) and tears in the seat which meant you sit on the wooden frame. However, the food, service and staff were great. Friendly and helpful. In a very good location as we were visiting family in Nailsea and Cleeve. I would stay there again but they must do something about those beds"
"Surprisingly good. All the staff very friendly and went out of their way to help. Food, although not my normal, was good, fresh, well priced. No complaints. Beds hard, understand why, but whatever you do, don't walk in and take a leap onto it. You will break or damage your back! Not joking! Friend did that in his room, couldn't walk properly for 3 days so I didn't in mine (thank you John for showing what not to do)! Pricing very reasonable. Rooms clean"
