"The agents are amazing but the level of control they’ve been given is next to nothing. So any problems with the flat can take days to solve. If this wasn’t the case then the experience would’ve been significantly better. A small thing but the room allocated to me had an infuriatingly loud door bell and on some Friday/Saturday evenings it would scare the living daylights out of me while I was fast asleep."
