"Nice place, close to airport with everything you need to spend the night before your flight is due , but don’t rely on transport service to airport, they arrived late and force customer to sit children in their legs in order to fit all of us in the mini bus."

"I can't comment on the quality of the accomodation or airport transfers. However, I did have to cancel my booking, due to my pet hamster being very ill. They responded to me promptly via email and cancelled my booking, giving a full refund without any fuss. Normally these days you have to take companies to court to get your money back, even when you're in a genuinely difficult predicament, so it sits very well with me when companies are helpful and understanding, and it's about the long game - I'll remember this companies flexibility when I do get to fly from Bristol again. For their own benefit, they might do well to make their email address , website etc a little more corporate."
