"Great little campsite. Nice and small very quiet apart from the occasional train. Facilities really clean and the hosts are great."
"Campers beware! You are not welcome here. After walking over 400miles from Lands End on a sponsored walk this was the first campsite I've been ejected from as a 'walk-in'. 'Non members welcome' it says at the gate. I suggest they change their signage."
"The most beautiful field, set in peaceful countryside, with the swish of a train every now and then, which is actually delightful. Flowers planted to enhance the field, and the cleanest toilet I have ever seen in camping!!! Lovely owners. They are not charging enough!! Told them so, after I had paid. £10!!!! Must experience, perfect for M5 for a handy stop."
"Received a warm welcome from the owners of this small well kept friendly site. We all had fun and enjoyed the facilities and clean and tidy toilet. Will visit again, many thanks!"
"This is a basic campsite with a single WC but the site is flat, large and the pitches are well spaced out. It is next to a railway line which may not be ideal for everyone but we quite liked the occasional train psssing. What makes this a five star recommendation is that Kerry & Fran did everything they could to make our stay as easy as possible. We were aiming to arrive at 9:45pm and Kerry suggested we call 10 mins before we arrived. We did so and not only did he give us clear instructions but he also greeted us at the gate, showed us to our pitch and told us about the facilities - all whilst Storm Francis was passing through."
