"Really pleased with my stay at this hotel. Compared with other holiday Inn expresses, I think this one is the cleanest and best I've visited. On-site restaurant/bar serving breakfasts, pizza's & bar meals at reasonable prices. Free carparking for guests is a great bonus making the slightly dearer price worth it."
"Short break in Bristol. Hotel in great location, short walk to train station to city centre. At quick glance room was fine, however grubby down side of bedside stand - thick with dust. Mattress uncomfortable, kept rolling into the middle. definitely past it’s best. Tried to get drinks at the bar in the evening - asked to wait as the staff member needed 5 minutes to complete a task he was doing on the computer. Next thing, serving 5 other customers with drinks! Back over and again asked to wait!!! Thank goodness there is a pub next to the hotel where you can get served with food and drink. Breakfast also less than average. Sausage lukewarm, bacon hard and fat not rendered down and hash browns soggy and almost warm. Overall average but could be so much better with a few tweaks"
