"Quite honestly don't waste your money with this insurance company they won't pay out even if you have a legitimate claim not even for £20. The policy quite clearly states delays of over 12 hours pays out £10 .my wife and I were delayed 13 hours . Its not the money its the principle, would it be the same outcome if you had a more serious claim. I won't put my trust in them again"
