"Very bad experience. A room full of sick people with windows closed, a&c off. Worse than cattle in a barn. I was there with my 6months daughter because she had difficulty breathing. They gave us nothing. After 5 hours doctor said it's bronchitis without any investigation. After two days I had to go to privat Doctor with her. It was chest infections with a hint of pneumonia. She needed antibiotics and inhaler. They are taking salary for nothing and the babies can end up in the hospital because they don't treat them. The google can help more than doctors."
"After finding myself in the unfortunate circumstances of being in a&e, seeing the GPs exhausted, the nurses understaffed and trying their best. I was glad I could be someone who smiled and thanked them for their time. It may have taken 9.5hr and an overnight stay… but their dedication to their job got me the answers I needed in a day. I was well cared for and received amazing care and multiple services which would have taken me months to do without their support. The night nurse who I am regretful to not know her name was incredible. We shared laughs when deep down I was scared. Thank you to all your team who did an amazing job for me! Keep working for what you believe in and I hope the system gives back to you all what you deserve!"
"Myself and family have be experiencing a lot of visits to St Peters hospital visiting my mother in the last two weeks , she has been moved to different wards and has excellent treatment in all. The staff are so caring and Doctors have always taken the time to speak to us. Sitting with my mum three hours a day and watching , the staff were on the go all the time . We are very grateful to you all ."
"I spent 18 hours being treated in A&E yesterday. I was brought in by 2 great paramedics who were friendly, calming and really showed that their job is all about the patient. Once I was delivered to A&E the great care continued. I can't fault the way that I was treated there. My thanks to all the staff, including the lovely people who brought round decent tea and sandwiches at meal times."
"My personal experiences in recent years has sadly been extremely below expectations of what used to be hailed the nest health service in the world. The communication with patients, staff and other hospitals when needed is almost non existent at times. Pertinent patient care is lack Lustre, and that is not an indication that nursing staff is terrible (although some bedside manners are indeed atrocious) but more to do with understaffed and overworked situations. I have so much more to say... but Google isn't the place and letters will be written in an effort to stop any family from going through the hell and trauma we recently went through with my Mom"
