"I had a ball in here on Friday. Took advantage of the sale. My friend left my bag in the shop and I didn't realize till after closing time and I was home. I called up customer service and they were so nice. "As a chain, I'm a big fan of Holland & Barrett - their prices are about on par with other stores stocking similar products and the variety of stock is impressive. This particular store, however, is outstanding. The manager is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but more than that, she seems to genuinely care about her customers. My wife and I were recently back at the shop after a break of almost a year and the manager recognised us right away and asked how we'd been. It's a little thing, but a touch that gives the store a friendly and welcoming feel."
