"I visited here the other day to buy a Secret Santa present for my sister-in-law, but not having much knowledge of female fashion (or fashion in general, for that matter!), I had to seek advice from a member of staff. The guy I spoke to was completely unhelpful and advised me "if it's not on the shelf, we don't have it", so I showed him a picture of the item and he advised me they were sold out and to try online or a different shop, as they don't have it. I then asked a different member of staff (an older woman), who was helpful and told me to try the larger store at Linwood. Not wanting to drive elsewhere, I tried looking one last time and found the pyjama set I was looking for, it was no longer at the lower reduced price, but I was happy to at least find something for the Secret Santa gift. Having found it, I tried looking for the unhelpful male member of staff to advise him they were in stock, but I couldn't locate him. Taking it to the till to pay, the member of staff there was also unfriendly and rude. I won't be back any time soon, unless I want a lesson in poor customer service skills (with the exception of the 1 member of staff). If that particular branch fails, they only have themselves to blame."
